So far, there are three new signature beers - all created by Dan for the new SUN BREW Brewery:
The brews, each praised as undeniably remarkable, seem to have an intrinsic quality that leaves the lucky SUN BREW beer drinker profoundly satisfied. Whether enjoying “Amberle,” theAmber Ale, the new Lichtenberg Pils or its unfiltered sister, the refrain heard constantly at this spring’s Sun Brew Beer Fests introducing the new brews is: “where’s the next one?”
The secret to Carter’s brewing success is as subtly complex as his beers: an ideal, comfortable balance of bitterness and malt to achieve an exceptionally flavorful drinkability. the amber ale
A surprisingly complex brew for the committed aficionado with a color and taste to die (or live) for.
Northwestern stlye hops up front, medium to full-bodied, with fruity, malty and even honey notes make this an American Micro Beer lover´s favorite!
a special pils
Light, tasteful and crisp. A curiously new and refreshing take on the age-old, revered German Pilsner. Floral up front with a fine tart finish.
Like Pilsners used to taste, brewed only with the best malt and hops available.
an unfiltered pilsner
A boldly delicious, quite clear, due to long lagering times, lightly fruity and floral creation.
Like its filtered sister, it has a crisp and refreshing finish just the way it's supposed to be.
