The direction of J Daniel Carter's life was probably set the moment he enjoyed his first beer as a teen living in Germany, 'the land of great beer!"
Since then, Dan has always been about seeking & therefore creating better and more interesting yet very drinkable brews -- always driven by his innate talent, skill and lust for great tasting beer.
He has only paused, on occasion, to make music.
